The villa is located on the Costa Blanca south of Alicante in the town of Rojales. Only 30 minutes from Alicante airport. The unique microclimate of the region attracts many people looking for a permanent or seasonal residence.

This villa is suitable for 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The villa consists of two floors. On the first floor is the living floor with a spacious living room and a dining kitchen. Next to the living room is a covered terrace. On the first floor there is also a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the second floor are the other two bedrooms and the second bathroom with bath and toilet. There is also a large roof terrace with a wonderful view of the nearby nature reserve.

Next to the villa there is a driveway with space for one car.

Private saltwater pool in the garden, which you can use daily between 10:00-21:30.

You will find several restaurants, stores and the golf course in the immediate vicinity. The beach of Guardamar is only 10 minutes away by car.
