Price basis

All prices quoted are inclusive prices per week in the apartment in € for the number of persons stated and are exclusive of tourist tax and final cleaning.

The visitor’s tax is € 3.00 per person per day from the age of 15.

Inclusive prices:

All taxes, electricity and heating
Bed linen, hand and bath towels
Starter pack with coffee, coffee filter, cleaning tab Dishwasher, toilet paper, …..
Parking
For each additional person we charge € 100,00 per person and week extra

Errors and omissions excepted.

Booking conditions

Reservation:

Bookings are considered binding with a deposit of 35% by bank transfer free of charge.
Cancellation conditions:

Cancellations are only valid in writing.
The following cancellation fees apply for cancellations before the start of the vacation:
up to 1 month 35 % of the booking price
from 30 days 60 % of the booking price
from 14 days 85 % of the booking price
from 1 week 100 % of the booking price (also applies to late arrivals and early departures)

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Arrival and departure:

Our apartments are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival. The apartments must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Pets:
We cannot accept pets in our vacation apartments.
